Only Specialty coffee is used in our coffee shop. We have Rocket coffee machine and barista prepares very nice espresso for you to get the caffeine kick, which we all wait for every morning. Our supplier makes special blend of Brasilian and Guatemalian coffee beans for the best crema and intense flavor. For those who are obsessed with filter coffee, we suggest our Guatemala, which is roasted less than in the blend, full-bodied and filled with delicious flavor, this coffee has a perfect sweetness, because of the environment where the beans are grown.
Barista
Mike worked as an engineer and studied Economics, but he was passionately in love with coffee all this time. However like with any skill, it's not enough to just love coffee, so he was certified by Specialty coffee association in Barista skills foundation course. That's an important start, but Mike plans to learn more about harvesting and roasting as well as brewing, because this will give a much greater knowledge about coffee itself and the environment. And we look forward to his further achievements.

Specialty is a high quality ecological coffee, made of Arabica, which is grown at an altitude of over 1000 m a.s.l.
Specialty coffee beans undergo a special processing procedures, all data is collected and analysed. The certification of Specialty coffee includes the total audit of any operations and processes, involved in growing, collecting and processing coffee. This is the only way to guarantee the customer that the organic production guidelines have been followed. Free of defects and picked at their peak coffee beans evaluated by the green coffee buyer who may be certified by the SCA (Specialty coffee association) or the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI).

Roastery
Our supplier located in Maribor, Slovenia. Roastery called Tovarna kave, they sell freshly roasted beans, espresso machines and provide any kind of support for coffee shops. You can watch the entire process of roasting in their Rooster coffee shop in the old center of Maribor. This place is full of aromas and people, who love coffee and enjoy a friendly, cozy atmosphere, created by Marco, Aljaž and Jessica.

gelato
The gelato is an Italian frozen dessert, made from fresh milk, cream, sugars, and with various fillings such as fruits, chocolate, nuts, cheese and etc. (depends on how much imagination the gelatiere has). The milk base (sometimes with egg yolks) is pasteurized, then the final mixture with added fillings begins to cool and at the end the gelato starting to extract, all the processes made in a special machine. There are so many ways to customize the gelato, to make it non-dairy or even sugar-free, with alcohol, using some sour flavors. We trying to create unique recipes and produce our gelato only from natural ingredients, it is not artificially flavored or colored. Sorbets and sherbets are made only from fresh fruits.

waffles
Hong-kong's as well as the regular waffles are made from natural ingredients such as wheat flour, eggs and milk. The difference between them is that the dough for regular square waffles is made with pearl sugar instead of fine, so they stay crispy, and for Hong-kong's waffles we use more eggs and fine sugar, less milk, which is what makes them crunchy and gives them the perfect sweetness, the taste reminds of meringue.
We serve the waffles with a scoop of gelato, chocolate crumb, fresh berries, the chocolate sauce drizzled on top and a few drops of blackcurrant syrup.

our special - krofi
Krof is a Slovenian traditional doughnut, and it is the most popular dessert at the Pust carnival, which is held each February across the country. But there are many krofi lovers who eat them all year round. And that's why we made our special - krofi with GELATO inside. Is that possible, you ask? The answer is undoubtedly yes, it is possible, and it is so yummy!
